The Power of Place
Our home in the Pioneer Valley in Western Massachusetts informs everything we do. By producing works in all manner of spaces, amplifying marginalized voices in our community, mentoring new artists, and creating in response to the Valley landscape, we use place-making, social justice, and environmental stewardship as starting points for new work.
Immersive Experiences
Our productions place the audience in the world of the show. From building-based adventures, site-specific experiences designed for headphones, or novel ways to encounter magical corners of the Valley, we believe that a live encounter is at the heart of all theater-making.
Memorable Partnerships
Our collaborative models have included town-based theater festivals across the region, co-produced works with area non-profits, and educational initiatives like our partnership with immersive theater pioneers Punchdrunk (UK). New works regularly are the result of new partnerships, often with area artists and organizations around Western Massachusetts.
